When it comes to commercial real estate marketing, images and video are everything. Striking commercial aerial photography or sweeping property video can be the difference between a listing that gets overlooked and one that captures the perfect tenant’s attention. That’s exactly what we created for Winslow Property Management and Summit Realty.
Most of my work comes through referrals, but in this case, a simple Google search kicked things off. John Dowd of Summit Realty contacted me about photographing and filming their commercial plaza in Wayland, Massachusetts. We captured both aerial drone footage and ground-level images, highlighting the property from every angle. I wrapped the job thinking it might be a one-time project.
To my surprise, John’s team loved the visuals. He soon introduced me to Zach O’Donnell at Winslow Property Management. Zach explained they were refreshing their website, online presence, and brochures, and needed new, high-end aerial and ground photography and videography across their portfolio.
That one shoot grew into a series of projects. Over the following months, we captured about ten more commercial properties for Winslow and Summit, stretching across New England. Each property presented its own character, and the aerial perspectives allowed us to showcase them in a dynamic, engaging way.
I especially enjoy these types of jobs. They get me out on the road, flying drones, taking in different landscapes, and discovering new corners of New England. There’s nothing like combining the creative side of visual storytelling with the technical challenge of aerial cinematography.
If you’re in the market for commercial space in New England, take a look at Winslow Property Management and Summit Realty’s listings, you’ll see some of our aerial work featured there. And if you’d like a personal introduction, I’d be glad to connect you.
