D.F. Murphy Insurance, a Massachusetts-based agency with decades of loyal clients, partnered with Ideal Video Strategies to enhance recruitment efforts through video. With a focus on authenticity, we created a company video business card and a recruitment video highlighting Murphy’s strong company culture, dedication to customer service, and deep community involvement. Over two days, we filmed at multiple locations, capturing real stories from employees and clients alike.
We met G&C Plumbing & Heating during a branding shoot for Compass Magazine, and soon after, partnered with them to create a video brand story, recruitment video, and social media clips. Impressed with the results, they hired us again for a batch content shoot—producing over 60 short videos used to educate clients, answer common questions, and showcase their expertise. G&C stands out for their top-notch service and genuine care for customers, which aligns with our own values.
