We connected with D.F. Murphy Insurance Agency through a referral from Elbow Grease Marketing. Like many of our clients, they were struggling to attract high-quality job applicants and wanted to explore how video could help.

What started as a conversation about recruitment strategies quickly evolved into a much bigger project: a company video business card and a recruitment video that would showcase who they are, what they stand for, and why someone would want to work there.

Over the course of two shoot days, we filmed at several Murphy Insurance locations and even visited a few of their longtime clients. We captured interviews and B-roll footage to help tell the story of what it’s really like to work at Murphy—and why their clients stick with them for decades.

One thing was clear from the start: Murphy Insurance is all about people. The way they care for their clients—and their team—is at the core of everything they do. Owners Michael and Dennis Murphy know firsthand that life can change in an instant, and they’ve built a company culture around empathy, support, and preparedness.
