When The Compass Magazine hired Ideal Video Strategies to shoot branding photos for one of their featured businesses, we had the pleasure of meeting Greg and Brandon Sheck from G&C Plumbing & Heating.

After the photo session, we got to chatting about video and how they were looking to grow their plumbing company using video marketing. We talked through their goals, pinpointed some immediate needs, and came up with a plan. Soon after, we were hired to create a video brand story, a recruitment video, and a series of short social media clips.

They loved the results—and we were thrilled to work with them again on a batch content project. We spent a full day on-site capturing 60+ short clips for their website, social media, and blogs. These videos help answer client questions, educate their audience, and position G&C as trusted experts in the field. That kind of value builds trust, and trust builds business.

What really stood out to me was their commitment to customer service. Let’s be honest—home service companies don’t always have the best reputation when it comes to client care. But G&C breaks that stereotype in every way. At Ideal Video Strategies, we love partnering with businesses that share our values, and working with the G&C team has been a great fit from day one.

I can even say they’re my plumbers now! They recently unclogged our kitchen sink and installed an on-demand water heater. Top-notch work all around.

One fun full-circle moment from this project—while filming, I ran into Casey, their master plumber. Turns out, we were friends back in our UMass Dartmouth days (shoutout to 1996–97!) and hadn’t seen each other in over 20 years. Just one of those cool reminders of how small the world can be.
