Some video marketing projects mean a little more, and this was definitely one of them.
My kids attended CHAPS, Inc. for their early education and preschool years, and we had a great experience. The teachers were fantastic, the environment was welcoming, and it was a place we truly trusted. Through that, I got to know Steve Freitas, Chief Executive Officer.
So when Steve reached out about creating a video, it was an easy yes.
The first project was centered around a holiday event where CHAPS brought in a mobile shoe truck as a gift for their staff. At the same time, they were facing a challenge many organizations saw post-COVID; recruitment.
We captured the event, turned the video around quickly, and they shared it before Christmas. The response was strong. They saw increased interest, more inquiries, and were able to fill several open positions faster than expected. You can watch it here.
After that, we expanded the project. We created a brand story video to highlight the mission of CHAPS, along with a recruitment video that included interviews with longtime teachers to show what it’s like to work there. The focus was simple, real people and real experiences.
They later brought us back to capture a graduation and create a short social media piece, giving us another opportunity to tell a small part of their ongoing story.
This project stood out because it wasn’t just about creating content. It was about helping an organization I already believed in share their story in a way that made a real impact, especially when it came to hiring.
Video is one of the most effective ways to connect with your audience, whether you're focused on recruitment, brand awareness, or simply showing what makes your organization unique. We accomplished that in our work with CHAPS, Inc.
If you’re looking for quality child care in Hudson, I can speak from experience; CHAPS, Inc. is a place we trusted with our own kids.
