How Urology Specialists of Milford Uses Video to Connect with Patients

When Urology Specialists of Milford (USM) came to Ideal Video Strategies, their goal was clear: they wanted to make it easier for patients to understand who they are, what they do, and what to expect when visiting their office.
USM is led by Dr. Jeffrey Steinberg, a Board Certified Urologist with over 30 years of experience specializing in men’s health. His expertise includes treatment for enlarged prostate, erectile dysfunction, kidney stones, low testosterone, and hormone balance. With decades of knowledge and a deep commitment to patient care, Dr. Steinberg wanted to use video to make that personal connection with potential patients even before they walked through the door.
Together, we produced 10 personalized, scripted videos in which Dr. Steinberg speaks directly to the camera, and, by extension, directly to his potential patients. This format allowed him to address viewers in a warm and authentic way, giving them the feeling of a one-on-one conversation.
These videos now appear on the USM website and in their email marketing campaigns, serving multiple purposes:

Explaining Services – Complex topics like ED treatment or kidney stone care are broken into approachable, easy-to-understand segments.
