Making a Difference in Non-Profits Through Video: Our Work with Gateways Community Services

Since 2022, Ideal Video Strategies has proudly partnered with non-profit Gateways Community Services—an organization deeply committed to supporting individuals with disabilities and their families throughout every stage of life. Together, we’ve created over 10 impactful videos that help share their mission, highlight client stories, and drive meaningful community support.
From Recruitment to Relationship
Gateways first approached us with a clear goal: attract more qualified, compassionate employees to join their team. To achieve this, we developed a suite of videos, including:
A compelling recruitment video
A video business card introducing the organization
Five short-form videos for social media engagement
These videos helped humanize Gateways’ work and showcase the passion behind their team—giving prospective employees a real sense of the organization’s culture and purpose.
A Mission That Matters
Gateways’ mission is as inspiring as it is vital:

From early intervention for children, to autism support, adult services, family resources, senior care, and their Adult Day Center—Gateways is there, every step of the way.
Non Profit Video Stories That Inspire Giving
Beyond recruitment, Gateways needed a way to connect emotionally with donors at their annual fundraising gala. We were honored to be asked to produce a series of client-centered stories—short films that highlight real individuals and the impact Gateways has had on their lives.
Each story was designed not just to inform, but to move the audience—to spark a sense of shared purpose. And it worked:👉 For two consecutive years, Gateways exceeded their fundraising goals.
